Who am I?
My name is David Bolter, and I’m a fairly typical 40 something guy.
I’m not a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Acupuncturist, Naturopath, Reflexologist or Personal Trainer. Actually, I currently work as an IT Consultant and live in Warwickshire with my family. I enjoy the gym, golf, walking the dog and general family time.All fairly normal stuff so far, and not very rock and roll I’m afraid!
So what qualifications do I have to promote the resolution of nonspecific chronic lower back pain problems? Well, formally I have none! However, what I do have is significant first-hand experience – a number of years in fact of personal experience of chronic, debilitating and very often agonising lower back pain! I have also spent a good few thousand £££ visiting a number of professionals in the aforementioned fields. More importantly, I have been pain free now for several years!So how did I eventually fix my own back pain?
Through my own experience, study, trial and error, and ultimately by pulling together a number of different elements (the real secret!), I have developed my own set of back pain resolution techniques, known as the 5 Pillars To Back Health.

What is chronic NSLBP (nonspecific lower back pain)?
This is the most common type of back pain, and is the type of back pain that most people will have at some point in their life.
It is called nonspecific because it is usually unclear what is actually causing the pain. In other words, there is no specific problem or disease that can be identified as the cause of the pain. The severity of the pain can vary from mild to severe. Chronic pain is simply a longer term occurrence when short term pain becomes persistent. It may be deemed chronic if no treatment is prescribed.
